Texting Terms

Businesses use ScaleIQ, a platform by Z Innovative Marketing LLC, to text people who have asked them about a product or service. These terms explain those messages. The business you contacted is the sender; its name appears in its messages.

What you will receive

After you submit an inquiry and agree to receive texts, the business may text you about your inquiry: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups from its sales team. Message frequency varies with your conversation.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that business. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in.
• Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@scaleiq.tech.

Consent

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
